Reviews

Moved, unpacked and happy about it.

Logan Square → Evanston

They showed up at 8:00 on the dot and had our two-bedroom loaded by 11. The final bill landed inside the range the planner gave us.

Pilsen → Oak Park

Third-floor walk-up, no lift, a piano and a very nervous cat. Not a scratch on anything, including the cat.

Marcus D.

1 bed + piano · 10 ft truck

Lakeview → Wicker Park

The video walkthrough took ten minutes and the bill matched it to the dollar. I've never had that with a mover.

FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

How accurate is the planner price?

It runs on our real hourly rates and average crew speed, so most final bills land inside the range. After the video walkthrough we fix the price in writing.

Is there a minimum?

Local moves have a two-hour minimum. Long-distance moves are priced by load and miles instead of by the hour.

Do you charge for stairs?

Stairs add time, not a separate fee. Each floor without a lift adds about 12% to the hours, and the planner shows it before you book.

Are my things insured?

Every move includes basic coverage at no cost. Full replacement cover is available for a small fee.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to three weeks is ideal, longer for the end of the month. We often have weekday slots on short notice.

Can you pack for me?

Yes. Choose full or partial packing and we bring the boxes, wrap and labels.

Moving soon? Load the truck first.

Two minutes in the planner, a short video call, and your price is fixed. No pressure, no surprise fees.
