Terms of service
The terms that apply when you book a move or storage with Loadline Movers. Last updated October 2026.
Quotes and prices
Planner ranges are estimates. Your price is fixed in writing after a video walkthrough and covers the items and access described.
Changes on the day
If items or access differ from the walkthrough, your crew lead confirms the new total with you before work continues.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your move. Later cancellations may carry a fee of up to one crew hour.
Coverage
Basic coverage is included on every move. Full replacement coverage is available at booking and must be chosen in writing.
Storage
Storage is billed monthly in advance. Items are released on payment of any balance due.
